The community pavilion provides tables, chairs, BBQ grills and a sweeping lake view. This amenity is free on a first come, first serve basis. 

Add a boat slip (electricity available) to your reservation for just $10/day. Non-resort guests can make reservations by calling the resort office.

The enclosed fish house, with fish cleaning station, is available to all guests, and is a great way to fish on a cold or rainy day.

Our boat ramp is available to use, free for our resort guests. Non-resort guests can pay a $10 in + $10 out fee in the box at the ramp. 

Located in a no wake cove, our guests enjoy ultimate peace and quiet while swimming off the dock or kayaking through the cove. 

Kids will love burning off the last of their energy on our newly updated playground!

Laundry Room Access is just $10 for unlimited use during your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided.

We provide bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, and dish cloths.

Each cabin is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and trash bags. Extra supplies are always available in our Resource Room. 

Check-in couldn't be easier. You will have a personal door code sent prior to check-in. No need to come to the office to retrieve keys. 

Our goal for guests staying at Niangua Hills Resort is to unplug as much as possible. But for those who need Wi-Fi, it's available throughout the property.
