The community pavilion provides tables, chairs, BBQ grills and a sweeping lake view. 

Covered boat slips provide our guests with ease of boat storage during their stay! Electricity available on dock. 

The enclosed fish house, with fish cleaning station, is available to all guests, and is a great way to fish on a cold or rainy day.

The on-site boat ramp makes it easy for guests to launch their boat. Note: During low water times of the year, guests may need to use an alternate ramp. 

Located in a no wake cove, our guests enjoy ultimate peace and quiet while swimming off the dock or kayaking through the cove. 

Kids will love burning off the last of their energy on our newly updated playground!

The Laundry Room is available for guests as part of your stay, just pack the detergent and dryer sheets!

Our goal for guests staying at Niangua Hills Resort is to unplug as much as possible. But for those who need Wi-Fi, it's available throughout the property. 

We provide bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, and dish cloths.

We offer three community fire pits for our guests, overlooking the lake. Bring your lawn chairs and wind down your day with a beautiful sunset. 

Cabin #4 & Houses #1, 2, and 3 have private fire pits.
