We have a designated boat trailer parking lot, to ensure all our guests have adequate room for parking. No additional charge for use.
To ensure quick turnovers for our guests checking in, we utilize the services of a third-party cleaning company that is able to quickly and efficiently turnover all our properties. We do not charge any fees above what we are charged.
We truly feel that we offer the very best resort accommodations available at the Lake of the Ozarks. All our cabins have been 100% fully renovated with all new furnishings and a stylish, vintage touch. In addition, we have added features since taking over ownership such as a swimming pool, kayaks & paddle boards, a boat trailer parking lot, an updated playground, and lastly, we now supply all linens such as bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen linens that were not previously available. To continue being able to provide amenities that go far above and beyond our competitors, you may find our fees to be a bit higher than our competitors.
Please see our website section "Resort Policies" for more information. In addition, we are able to offer our guests a travel protection plan. For just an additional 10% fee, your stay can be fully insured. If life happens and you have to cancel your stay, your money is refunded to you.

Our boat ramp is free for our guests to use and just a $10 in/out fee for non-resort guests. Please be aware, during low water months (spring time), the ability to launch your boat depends on the depth of the water, size of your boat, etc. If you are a guest and require alternative ramp options, information will be provided by the resort.

There is electricity available on the boat docks.
We work with a third party cleaning company and are not privy to their schedule, therefore, we cannot offer early check-ins at this time. If you are bringing a boat and wish to launch early while waiting for your cabin, you are welcome to do so!
At the time of booking, you will pay 50% of the reservation total. The remaining amount will be automatically charged to the card on file, 30-days prior to your reservation. A reminder e-mail will be sent 5-days prior to the charge.
For guests booking more than 8 months in advance, just a $100 down payment is due at the time of booking.
